For corporate customers, this means that Rippa Nordic AB does not compensate for losses in business operations such as lost profits, loss of production, downtime or other financial consequences of an ordered machine being delayed, defective on delivery or needing repair. Rippa Nordic AB's liability in such cases is limited to remedying the defect by repair, replacement or other action in accordance with applicable warranty and complaint terms. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the quality and durability of the product or its components meet the buyer's expectations before a possible purchase is made. Unless otherwise agreed, or unless the buyer orders additional services such as post-delivery inspection of the manufactured product, it is the buyer's responsibility, after delivery of the product, to check and adjust, for example, couplings, bolts, valves, belts and other components that may have a destructive effect on the product. A large part of the product is already assembled at the factory and it is up to the customer to ensure that any bolts, components, screws, couplings, etc. are tightened and functional. It is the buyer's responsibility to check and adjust components after delivery to ensure their functionality.
We also make reservations for suppliers' test values and other data provided by the supplier as the products may have been tested in special conditions and the accuracy of the supplier's data may therefore differ from case to case.
Rippa Nordic AB normally has a 12-month spare parts warranty on new machines. Alternatively 1500 hours.
Spare parts warranty only covers the spare part, not other costs such as labor, travel time, visit fee, shipping, etc.
For your warranty to be valid, your product must have been handled normally and not subjected to excessive use and stress.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the necessary service and prove that this has been done in the event of a warranty claim. The customer must also send the accompanying service instructions to info@rippa-nordic.com
In the event of incorrect handling or misuse, no warranty applies, even if service has not been performed regularly according to the instructions.
The receipt for the product is valid as proof of warranty. In order for the spare parts warranty to apply, Rippa Nordic AB needs to receive documentation that proves the defective components, either via pictures or films, which demonstrate the manufacturing defect.
The customer is responsible for the shipping of the defective part if required by the manufacturer. Rekomaskin is responsible for the shipping of the warranty product sent to the Customer. Rippa Nordic AB is not responsible for any costs beyond this.
Rippa Nordic AB is not responsible for any costs of the replacement of the defective product such as service technician's own time, etc. We are happy to help you with questions and put you in touch directly with the manufacturers' experts if you wish.
